Tax Assessment

This office determines the value of all township properties for taxation purposes. We also process property tax exemptions and maintain official assessment records.

Treasurer's Office and Payments

Contact Chairperson Chuck DeLaney at planning@reynoldstwp.org. This commission oversees the community Master Plan and manages local land use through public hearings and ordinance updates.

Zoning Administrator: Dave Kelsey • (989) 289-2268 • mrdavekelsey@gmail.com. The Administrator ensures all local zoning requests meet ordinance standards and grants approvals before county building permits are requested.
